Our initial 20min HIPAA-compliant phone call allows us to learn about your personal culture and what is concerning you that motivated you to consider psychotherapy, and allows us to share the culture and professional background of our psychotherapist and potential approaches that might be helpful for consideration. We then determine jointly if this is a good fit, or if there are other medical specialists to involve as a team approach, or if it might be best to consider other therapists within our network that we trust to give you the best professional support.
