Gain insights into unconscious processes and patterns of living in the world with our in-depth Psychodynamic-informed Existential Therapy. The focus of work is to enhance a solid foundation of self-awareness using primarily psychodynamic and experiential approaches to then craft a most satisfying life or ending on the journey to resolve one's primary concerns. This is a 2X weekly investment until you believe you feel adequately self-aware and inspired to work on living in the world as you are now, 1X weekly investment after until a point that you feel completely heard, understood, and prepared for whatever life brings you.
